Open your account #WithoutFee with the Fio Smartbanking app and have it at hand anytime. Do you already have a Fio account? Easily link it with the app in Internet banking and choose how you want to use it. Customize the home screen, clearly display balances and transactions, make quick payments by simply scanning, manage card limits, or arrange savings and loans.

TOP SECURITY

Fio Smartbanking complies with the latest security standards. Access to the app is protected by a password, and transaction authorization additionally requires a PIN, or in both cases, biometrics can also be used. Without verification, no one can access your account, even if you were to lose your phone.

FOUR APP MODES

You can fully utilize the app or choose a passive mode at activation where you can view balances, account transactions, and other overviews from the start. A new feature is the authorization mode exclusively for quickly confirming transactions. Also available is a combination of passive and authorization mode.

PERFECT OVERVIEW

You have the option to customize the home screen to view the most used overviews and functions at a glance – add accounts, cards or buttons for quick payment entry. You can sort accounts or color-code them. Receive notifications of account transactions directly to your phone.

QUICK PAYMENTS

Pay by scanning a QR code, reading a payment slip, account number, or selecting an image from the gallery. You can create QR codes thanks to the Pay Me function, manage templates for recurring payments, standing orders, or direct debit agreements. Easily and securely confirm card payments online in your mobile app or orders made in Internet banking.

CARD CONTROL

The app allows you to change card limits at any time and temporarily or permanently block a card. You can also block selected types of transactions, for example, those with unfavorable exchange rates (DCC). If you prefer mobile payments, simply add your card to Google Pay.

NEW PRODUCTS AND MORE

Communicate with the bank more easily with the enhanced Fio service. Open a new account, savings account, or apply for a card or overdraft. In the Investments tab, you will find Fio mutual fund offerings. Choose your app security with a PIN code, fingerprint, or facial recognition. You can also set a dark mode in the app and get directions to the nearest branch. And of course, there's much more.

The app is available in Slovak, Czech, and English languages.
